Siluzan Service Agreement

Siluzan (hereinafter referred to as“this website”) provides services in accordance with the "Siluzan Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as“this agreement”. 12. Users shall not use bank cards in violation of the "Bank Card Business Management Measures" or use credit cards to obtain cash (hereinafter referred to as cash-out);

Users promise to comply with laws, regulations, administrative rules, and relevant regulations of this website, as well as various social public interests or public morals in all actions taken on this website. If any legal consequences occur due to violations, users will independently bear the corresponding legal responsibilities in their own name;

Without the consent of the original provider of such information and documents, users shall not disclose the entire or part of such trade secrets to third parties, except as otherwise provided by laws, regulations, administrative rules, or agreed by both parties.

Article 10 Dispute Resolution

1. The validity, performance, and all matters related to the validity of this agreement and its rules shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and any disputes shall be subject to the laws of the People's Republic of China;

2. This website has the right to accept and mediate disputes arising from transaction services between you and other users, and has the right to independently judge whether other users' reports and claims against you are valid. If the claim is deemed valid, this website has the right to allocate the security deposit or guarantee deposit you have paid, as well as the account balance, for corresponding compensation. This website is not obliged to use its own funds for compensation, but if such a payment is made, you should promptly compensate this website for all losses. This agreement consists of the terms of this agreement and the "Siluzan Service Rules", "Siluzan Invoice Issuance Rules", "Siluzan Promoter Management Rules", "Siluzan Integrity Guarantee Service Agreement", and other rules published on this website. Relevant terms can be referenced to each other. In case of different interpretations, the terms of this agreement shall prevail.

By understanding and acknowledging this agreement, you understand and acknowledge all the components of this agreement. Once you use this service, you and the company will be bound by all components of this agreement.

Article 12 Siluzan has the final interpretation right of this service agreement, including the rules formulated based on this service agreement.

Article 13 Appendix

The following terms used in this agreement, unless otherwise defined, shall have the following meanings:

“This website” refers to "Siluzan" (www.siluzan.com) unless otherwise specified.

“User” refers to users with full civil capacity who use various services of Siluzan.

“Advertiser”: refers to members who perform "buy" operations such as publishing job demands or purchasing internet products on this website.

“AM”: refers to users who perform "sell" operations such as participating in bidding, selling services, or selling skills on this website.

“Enterprise Steward”: refers to members who assist advertisers in purchasing Siluzan products or publishing job demands on this website.
